School Uniform
At Poplars Community Primary School we believe that the wearing of uniform promotes a sense of belonging to our school community.
The required uniform comprises a red jumper or cardigan (with or without the Poplars logo), a white shirt or polo shirt with black or grey trousers, smart shorts, or a dress/skirt.
Brand new uniforms can be purchased from Screens in Rant Score, or purchased online at Screens Schoolwear. However a cheaper alternative is to have a look at Uniformd, please see below for more details.
With the Uniformd solution, you can purchase donated gently-used uniforms at a fraction of the price, with funds from sales going directly back to the school. When you buy on the platform, you are not only investing back into the school but also contributing to a more sustainable future, reducing the amount of wearable uniforms going to land-fill. Water bottle, named and containing water only. Please take home each day for washing. Bottles are available to purchase from the school office at £1 each. |

Natural hair colour only. During term time pupils are asked not to have fashion hairstyles which include: shaved, dyed or streaked hair, beading, patterns, mohawks, lines and tramlines. |
Jewellery and watches worn at parent’s own risk. Earrings - studs only no hoops. |
Mobile phones for years 5 and 6 who walk independently to school must be switched off and signed into the class teacher each morning. |
