Home reading books
Please hear your child read every evening and sign their reading record. Children must bring their books to school everyday. If you child has finished reading their book we will change it on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Remember to read your book at least twice to help develop fluency and sight vocabulary recognition.
P.E.
P.E. times for 3ZB are Thursday's and Friday's.
Please come to school in your P.E. kits these days.
Remember in colder weather please wear joggers instead of shorts as P.E may take place outside.
Yesterday (Thursday 11th November), Year 3 learnt about the meaning behind Remembrance Day. We retrieved facts from a text and then completed a craft activity. These were used to create a display. We are very proud of our work and think the display looks fabulous.
Remembrance Day
Geography Field Trip:
Year 3 went on a walk to the beach and surrounding area to try to identify physical and human features of our environment.
Physical features are features that have always been there and are natural.
Human features were put there by humans.
