GDPR (Data Protection)
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
GDPR is a regulation which aims primarily to give control to EU citizens and residents of their personal data. The regulation became enforceable from 25th May 2018.
As a school, and as a Trust, we ensure that your data is kept safe and only used for the purposes that are required by law, unless we ask your permission to do anything else with it. Below are some important documents for you to read. Copies of these can be obtained from the school office if you need them.
We always ask consent to use your child's photograph. If you give us permission this can be withdrawn at anytime at your request. The consent form is below too if you ever need to change your mind.
If you want to request personal information, please refer to our Subject Access Request Form below and you can also email: email@example.com
