Welcome to Poplars Community Primary School!
Our Ethos and Values...
'Our Vision at Poplars that we all share is to create a community and curriuclum which enables every child to fulfil their potential; enables every child to believe in themselves and believe that anything is possible. To enable this to happen, we have built a school which expects everyone to be Positive, Resilient, Brave, Creative, encouraging, Kind and Curious everyday.
We will all try our very best everyday to be better than the day before because only our best will do.'
A message from Mrs Stowers...
Our school is special. We pride ourselves on being a family. We aspire to traditional values of kindness to others, respect and good manners. We have small classes to ensure that pupils get the very highest quality of teaching and the attention they deserve. Learning
is the most important thing at Poplars. Learning to be the best we can be in our studies, socially and within our community. We have a very talented team of staff who really care about our children and their success. We give kindness and care to each other so that everyone can achieve to their fullest potential.
This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils in addition to our very open policy of wanting to see and talk with parents as much as possible.
We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to leave comments in the Guestbook, or contact the school direct with any queries you may have.
At Poplars, we have decided together that everyday we will try to be:
Positive, Resilient, Brave, Creative, encouraging, Kind and Curious.
Thank you for visiting!
